Good Days for Lupus Patients
May 10th happens to be 'World Lupus Day ', and we want to use this occasion to increase awareness about this disease amongst the public.
Lupus is also called 'Systemic Lupus Erythematosus '. It is an autoimmune disease, and needs diagnosis and care at the right time, to avoid major problems.
People with symptoms like hair loss, mouth ulcers, butterfly rash over face, rash when exposed to sun, loss of protein in urine, generalised weakness and frequent fever should contact a Physician or Rheumatologist immediately.
Many awareness programs have been conducted on this occasion on behalf of Hyderabad Rheumatology Association.
