KIMS Hospitals Clinical Rheumatology Conference 2019

The Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology Department, KIMS Hospitals, Secunderabad, in collaboration with Rheumatology Association, Hyderabad Chapter, organized “Clinical Rheumatology Conference” on 5th & 6th January 2019.  This is a first of its kind case conference in the field of Rheumatology in India, initiated by the Rheumatology Department, KIMS Hospitals. The Conference brought together the best doctors who spoke on emerging research and noteworthy topics within the field of Rheumatology. The meeting was designed to expand and share global Rheumatology knowledge, granting event attendees access to valuable content they may not otherwise have available to them.

The panel of speakers included International faculty - Prof David Isenberg, Professor at University College Hospital, NHS, UK; Prof Munther Khamashta, Professor at St Thomas Hospital, NHS, UK; Yehuda Shoenfeld, Professor at Sheeba Medical Centre, Israel. The Conference highlighted selected Clinical Cases, with an emphasis on case-based approach, problem-based learning, and eminence-based discussions by renowned Rheumatologists.

More than 300 delegates, including Rheumatologists, Physicians, and postgraduates from various medical colleges from all over India were present.
