A GRACIOUS INITIATIVE BY THE PHILANTHROPIC YOUTH LEADER Malla Reddy Childrens Trust and Malla Reddy Seva Trust inaugurated on the occasion of DR. CH. BHADRA REDDY BIRTHDAY

With a vision of serving the needy and reaching out to the underprivileged, Dr. Ch. Bhadra Reddy, Chairman, Malla Reddy Health City has announced two new charitable trusts on the occasion of his birthday. Malla Reddy Children's Trust will focus on children's health, education and welfare while the Malla Reddy Seva Trust is committed to serving those in need through various services. As one of India's leading healthcare providers, this announcement is yet another milestone for the organization. Dr. Ch. Bhadra Reddy has been involved in the field of social service since his college days. Now as a Chairman of one of India's leading healthcare providers, he aspires to continue the legacy of selfless service.

Malla Reddy Children's Trust is a charitable trust that gives kids access to good healthcare and education which are two essential ingredients for a healthy growth. Besides this, the trust aims to support children suffering with Congenital Heart Diseases. It is one of the most prevalent birth disorders in children. Considering a birth prevalence of congenital heart disease as 9/1000, the estimated number of children born with congenital heart disease in India is more than 200,000 per year. Of these, about one-fifth are likely to have serious defect, requiring an intervention in the first year of their life. Malla Reddy Children's Trust aspires to provide these children with the much-required healthcare and support in every possible way to ensure their well-being.

Malla Reddy Seva Trust is committed to help and enrich the lives of underprivileged people. The Trust provides varied services like offering help to the Elderly, supporting Differently-abled, organizing blood camps, reaching out to the needy etc.

Giving his note on the occasion, Dr. Ch. Bhadra Reddy, Chairman, Malla Reddy Health City, said, “Today, I am very happy to launch our two new trusts, Malla Reddy Children’s Trust and Malla Reddy Seva Trust with a desire to bring a change, contribute towards the betterment of society and a dream to discover self within ourselves. We strongly believe that an individual should not live for himself, but for the society to which he belongs. We must think of others, first of our immediate neighbours, then of our society, and finally of everyone else in the world. Our vision is to help the needy in whatsoever manner possible, to whatever extent in the areas of Education, Health, Food, Shelter, supporting differently-abled people & during natural disasters. We will be initiating our programs very shortly & will continue to do as much as possible.”

Dr Bhadra Reddy has excellent administrative acumen, which is apparent in the growth and development of Malla Reddy Institute of Medical Sciences and Malla Reddy Health City. From its inception in 2009, Malla Reddy Health City has grown by leaps and bounds, showing tremendous strides within very short span of time.
