It is estimated that, worldwide, every year 17,900,000 people die from heart problems. Number of people who are suffering from cardiac diseases in India is increasing day by day. And amongst them, majority of the people are getting affected with coronary heart disease.

Allocate one hour per day for fitness activities like exercise / yoga etc
Avoid smoking, chewing tobacco and drinking alcohol
Get control on high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high stress
Get complete health check-up at least once a year
