Benefits of Antenatal Exercise:
Physical activity(exercise & Yoga) in pregnancy has been shown benefits to most women. In a research study (conducted by Domenjoz, Kayser and Boulvain in 2014) involving 3359 women has revealed that women who performed a regular exercise during pregnancy had a low risk for cesarean delivery. Most of the exercises are safe to perform even during pregnancy under proper guidance and caution. A proper Antenatal session at least thrice a week would beneficial for both sedentary and active pregnant women.
