What is logotherapy and how does it work?
Viktor Emil Frankl , a psychiatrist & neurologist laid out the foundations of logotherapy in his best known work “Man’s search for meaning”. In short, logotherapy, also known as “third school of psychotherapy” helps people become more aware of what makes their life meaningful, to help them live a more enriched life.
