The after-effects of drinking too much alcohol, known as a hangover can be both physiological and psychological and are usually experienced the morning.

Nevertheless, experts suggest few homemade remedies fight off hangover
Drink water: It is important to stay hydrated while you're drinking alcohol. That means drinking ample of water occasionally between cocktails. Aim to drink at least 8-10 glasses throughout the day.
Lemon: Lemon can help get rid of the after-effects of excessive drinking like queasiness, dizziness, and sensitivity to light or sound, and muscle pain. Lemon helps rebalance the body, by controlling.
How to get rid of a hangover?
Add two tsp fresh lemon juice and 1 tsp honey to a glass of warm water.
Stir well and drink it down gradually
Do this as soon as you wake up, and 2-3 times more throughout the day.
